Who designs your artworks?Kate designs and creates, packages and posts all the items in her shop. All Kate's botanical art cards and giclee print designs are from her freehand dip pen and ink drawings, pattern designs or digitally drawn artworks.

How do you package your prints?Your print comes UNFRAMED, in protective packaging. It will be carefully packaged by hand by Kate, placed in a clear protective sleeve and sealed with a sticker then mailed in a special flat postage box.

What paper stock are your prints and art cards printed on?All giclee art prints are printed on: - Beautiful Hahnemuhle Torchon, archival 285 gsm paper. Art cards are either printed on: - 100% post-consumer recycled , EcoStar, 350 gsm paper (design dependant) or - 100% post-consumer recycled, Conqueror Laid textured, 300 gsm paper (design dependant)

Do you print your own artworks and cards?To enable Kate to keep creating new designs and artworks, she works with some fabulous small business production partners here in Australia. Code Ice Prints, Bowral, NSW Code Ice is a true giclee printing studio based in Bowral, NSW, specialising in the highest standards of digital fine art print reproduction. From 2002 they have been successfully trading and supporting artists and photographers across Australia. Print Together, Melbourne, VIC Print Together is an eco friendly printing company that use environmentally friendly inks and recycled paper stocks, based in Melbourne and Castlemaine, Victoria, Australia. Sustainable Printing Co. Melbourne, VIC Sustainable Printing use recycled papers and environmentally friendly printing inks. Love Paper, Sydney, NSW Love Paper is a local, family run printing business in Sydney.

Do you do custom orders?Kate can do custom illustrations and artworks. Please contact Kate via her Say Hello page and she'll endeavour to contact you within 48 hours. Depending on the custom request, leads times for producing your artwork may vary - Kate will advise you of this via direct message.

What sizes do your prints come in?Please check individual product details for sizes available as some differ per product. All print measurements correspond to the actual paper size: - A5 (148 x 210mm) - A4 (210mm x 297mm) - A3 (297mm x 420mm) - A2 (420 x 594 mm) For custom sizes you can email me directly - kategdesigns@gmail.com

How long does it take for you to produce my print once ordered?Please check individual dispatch times as can differ per product.

How much is postage?Currently, Kate offers Free Shipping on all orders within Australia. All orders are shipped with Australia Post & Kate will email you a tracking number to track your order.

Do you offer International Shipping?At the moment, Kate only ships orders within Australia. If you would like to order prints from overseas, please contact Kate via her Say Hello page and she will email you a shipping estimate.

What frames suit your prints?If you can afford to, it is recommended that you take your artwork to a professional framer. However, there are some affordable 'off the shelf' options. Who owns Copyright of the artworks?All designs and artworks are copyright of the artist, Katie Grebert and remain the intellectual and creative property of Katie Grebert. They are for personal use only, they cannot be resold or redistributed. Purchase of an art print does not transfer copyright. Images cannot be reproduced or copied. Are the colours shown in your product images the same as the actual product?Several of Kate's product images are digital mockups of the physical product, other images are photographs of the actual product. There may be some colour differences due to the way monitors display colours differently. Printing on paper can also look different from how it appears on a computer screen.
